For most of my clients, $0. Nutrition counseling is covered by most plans — often at 100%, with no copay and no deductible. You'll see your exact cost when you check your coverage, so there are no surprises later.

Yes. Every session happens over video, so you can meet me from your kitchen, your office, or your car between school pickups.

We'll start with an initial visit to go deep on your history and symptoms, then meet regularly from there. Most people see me weekly or biweekly at the beginning, and taper off as things stabilize. We'll figure out the right rhythm together.

Most of my clients come to me for one of three things:
Gut health. IBS, chronic constipation, diarrhea, GERD and reflux, bloating, and FODMAP sensitivity.
Weight and GLP-1 support. Whether you're on a GLP-1, considering one, or navigating weight changes without medication. We protect your muscle, manage the side effects nobody warned you about, and build a plan for eating well after the medication.
Perimenopause and menopause. Nutrition support for the symptoms that come with changing hormones: weight changes, fatigue, poor sleep, and digestive issues.
I also work with more complex clinical nutrition needs, including tube feeding, TPN, formula adjustments, and nutrition support during cancer treatment.
